In Bentley v Dr Nguyen [2014] NSWDC 231, a plaintiff  is claiming damages from a dentist and two other defendants. In circumstances where the treating defendants and also all experts to be called reside in Sydney, the matter has been transferred for directions from Newcastle to Sydney.
